I failed to register the software with the key code provided. What’s wrong?

As for this issue, please make sure that you have kept to the following points:

1. Your network is accessible, and your firewall does not block the program. You can just disable the firewall.
2. Then please copy the registration code to register on the program directly if you have already installed it.
3. When entering the registration code, make sure to put without any space in front of the code.
4. If you have not installed the software before, please download it through the link we provide to install and then register.
